About Joey:

Joey is originally from Lake Zurich, Illinois. He then went on to graduate from Butler University in May 2020. While at Butler, he played four years of Division-1AA football as a tight end. 

In addition, Joey is also the host of the "Off The Crossbar" sports podcast, which features many influential guests in the sports industry, including current athletes with bright futures.

Some of Joey's favorite things to do outside the booth include playing other sports with friends like tennis and sand volleyball, competing in triathlons, telling great jokes, chilling out and watching Modern Family or Ted Lasso, and spending time with his niece and three nephews back home in Chicago because "Funcle Joey" is a lifestyle.
